The Professional ethics and moral character are important in supporting safe, high-quality, and patient-centered pharmaceutical services. This article aims to analyze the role of professional moral character in pharmaceutical services and its relationship with professional competence, practice standards, and patient safety culture. This study employs a narrative literature review and conceptual analysis of literature on professional ethics, patient safety, healthcare quality, and pharmaceutical regulations. The analysis focuses on trustworthiness, responsibility, honesty, integrity, accuracy, empathy, fairness, confidentiality, and professional competence. The findings suggest that these values conceptually support service accuracy, transparent information, effective communication, patient rights protection, and the prevention of medication errors. However, their implementation requires supportive work systems, leadership, continuous professional development, and a conducive safety culture. This study concludes that integrating professional moral character, technical competence, and service standards provides an important foundation for improving the quality of pharmaceutical services.
