The This study aims to analyze the actualization of prophetic values in strengthening compliance with ethics and regulations in healthcare services. It employs a qualitative library research approach by examining Kuntowijoyo’s concept of prophetic social science, the Qur’an, health regulations, and literature on professional ethics and patient safety. The data are analyzed descriptively through identification, classification, interpretation, and conceptual synthesis. The findings indicate that the prophetic dimensions of humanization, liberation, and transcendence are relevant to developing ethical and accountable healthcare services. Humanization promotes respect for patients’ dignity, rights, and needs. Liberation emphasizes preventing discrimination, abuse of authority, and actions that may harm patients. Transcendence reinforces professional integrity, honesty, and awareness of moral responsibility. Integrating prophetic values with formal regulations may encourage compliance that goes beyond administrative obligations and is grounded in ethical awareness. This study recommends empirical research to explore how these values are implemented in healthcare practice.
