This study aims to analyze human responsibility for personal health and the environment as a divine trust from an Islamic perspective. It employs a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature review of Qur’anic sources, scholarly literature, and official publications from international health organizations. Thematic analysis focuses on the concepts of trust, personal health maintenance, environmental protection, and social responsibility. The findings indicate that divine trust encompasses three interconnected dimensions: personal responsibility for maintaining physical and mental health, ecological responsibility for preserving cleanliness and preventing environmental pollution, and social responsibility for supporting community health. Qur’anic principles concerning moderation and the prohibition of environmental destruction provide an ethical foundation for healthy lifestyles and ecological awareness. Implementing these values requires the involvement of individuals, families, educational institutions, communities, and governments. This study emphasizes that protecting personal health and the environment represents both spiritual and social responsibility that should be practiced sustainably.
