Peer Review Process

Each manuscript received by Adinegara: Jurnal Manajemen dan Kepemimpinan will undergo an initial examination stage by the Editorial Board to ensure compliance with the focus and scope of the journal and scientific writing standards. Subsequently, the manuscript will be reviewed through a double-blind peer review process by at least two competent peer reviewers in their respective fields.

Reviewers will evaluate the scientific quality of the manuscript, including research novelty, methodology, analysis, relevance, and contribution to the development of management and leadership science. The review results can be acceptance, revision, or rejection of the manuscript. Authors are given the opportunity to make improvements according to reviewer recommendations. The entire review process is generally completed within a maximum of one month.
